Arts and culture

Tyne & Wear Archives and Museums
Tyne & Wear Archives & Museums launched a major exhibition exploring the history of the North East music scene over the last 60 years. As part of their community learning and outreach programme, their outreach team worked with young people and local professional musicians, photographers and designers to develop an imaginative programme of educational workshops for community groups and young people from around the region. The Trust awarded a grant of £5,000 towards the costs of the project.
